the only assumption I disagree is the one that saids : "we cannot truly serve those we do not know and love"because some of us where going to a place where we dont know anyone and we have to love them the same,because The Bible saids.
The assumption I agree is the one that saids: that mission are about living in light of our position as image of God.is about giving people a living picture of who God is , What he cares about,and How He Acts.Its about giving other people a picture of what a group of people obeying God looks like.it's a way for us to join with a long legacy of God 's people in making Him know to all the world. I Agree with this assumption because it is what God is expecting from a group of missionaries, to share the gospel to share about him.
another assumption I really agree is the one that said the we tend to think that church is church wherever we Go I agree with this one because if we start to see in other parts of the world people dont see the church as a respectful religious place .
I agree with this assumption that said our mission trip usually assume we have something to offer the churches and communities we visit,but there is much to learn from them as well. I like this agree because is telling one of the things that we gonna learn about them, what they think about God and about Missions .
